Joseph was sold as a slave by his own brothers. The entire Jewish nation became the slaves of the Egyptians. The Jews were in Egypt for 434 years before God raised up Moses to lead them to the Promised Land.
I was never a slave and you never picked cotton. So, how about we all get over ourselves?
Why don’t we bloom wherever we’re planted and be grateful for what we have instead of concerning ourselves with what we don’t have? Too much focus on the negatives in life.
Lose that victim mentality. It’s not flattering on you. Be thankful to God, Almighty for what you have instead of crying about what you don’t have. It could be a lot worse!
