We all hate the feeling of having that cottage cheese derriere or thighs that look like you just got hit with a bag full of nickels. Well here is a quick guide to help smooth away the lumps!
Do this circuit at least 3 times without stopping in between rounds. Also, some other helpful tips to help keep your body cellulite free:
- Drink LOTS of water! Water flushes out toxins. Drink at LEAST 8 glasses a day. Shoot for 10.
- DON’T smoke. That’s kind of a given, but I’ll refresh your memory. Don’t smoke. It causes premature aging and bad blood circulation.
- Limit your alcohol intake. IF you must drink, keep it light and casual. Alcohol is packed full of sugars.
- Drink green and herbal tea.
- Almond oil. Massage in circular motions daily to help keep the blood circulation in good rotation.
